It's never too late to start ballet! This beginner-friendly class is designed for adults who are brand new to dance or returning after time away. Students will learn foundational ballet technique — proper posture, basic positions, barre work, and simple center combinations — in a relaxed, judgment-free environment built for grown-ups.
No performance pressure here — this is a non-recital class focused purely on learning, building strength and flexibility, and enjoying the art of ballet at your own pace. All fitness levels welcome!
