Assistant Dance Teacher
Part-Time | 2–4 hours per week | Evening and Saturday classes
We are looking for Assistant Dance Teachers to support our Lead Instructors in youth classes for students ages 3–15.
Dance styles needed:

Hip-Hop
-
Tots Dance
-
Ballet/Tap
-
Tumbling
Responsibilities include:
-
Assisting the Lead Instructor during class
-
Demonstrating dance moves, stretches, exercises, and movement combinations
-
Helping execute lesson plans and classroom activities
-
Supporting students during warm-ups, across-the-floor work, and choreography
-
Helping with classroom management and student engagement
-
Subbing for classes when needed
-
Assisting with performances, recitals, camps, workshops, and events
Qualifications:
-
Dance experience required
-
Some teaching, coaching, or assistant experience preferred
-
Must be comfortable demonstrating movement in front of students
-
Must enjoy working with youth of different ages
-
Reliable, professional, and punctual
-
Willing to learn and receive training
Training provided:
Lesson plans and curriculum are provided. Training is also provided in classroom management, lesson planning, teaching techniques, and working with youth. This position can grow into a lead dance teacher role.
Assistant Dance Teacher

Pay: $15–$20 per hour, based on experience

Community Partnerships & Fundraising Coordinator
Part-Time | 5–10 hours per week | Flexible schedule
ICE Studios is seeking a Community Partnerships & Fundraising Coordinator to help grow our nonprofit through sponsorships, donations, grants, fundraising campaigns, and community partnerships.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, and helping organizations make a greater impact in the community.
Responsibilities include:

Building relationships with local businesses and community organizations

Helping secure sponsorships for programs, events, scholarships, and special initiatives
-
Researching grant opportunities
-
Assisting with grant writing and reporting
-
Coordinating fundraising campaigns and special events
-
Recruiting community partners and in-kind donors
-
Assisting with sponsorship packets, donor communication, and fundraising materials
-
Tracking sponsorships, donations, and fundraising goals
-
Representing ICE Studios at community events when needed
Qualifications:
-
Experience in fundraising, nonprofit work, marketing, sales, community outreach, grant writing, or business development preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-
Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
-
Comfortable reaching out to businesses and community partners
-
Passion for youth, arts education, and community impact
