This class combines the precision of barre with the flow of pilates, set to energizing music that you love, all to keep you pushing through. Expect slow, controlled movements that engage your whole body while targeting key muscle groups like the glutes and core. You will feel the burn in muscles you never knew could be worked, but you will feel strong and balanced after class.
