Dance Scholarship Program
At ICE Studios School of Dance, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to dance, grow, and express themselves no matter their financial background. That’s why we created the ICE Studios Dance Scholarship Program: a donation-based initiative providing tuition and program support to families in need, as funding allows.
What Is the Scholarship Program?

The ICE Studios Dance Scholarship Program helps cover:
• Weekly class tuition
• Uniforms and dance shoes
• Recital and performance fees
• Summer workshops or camps
​
All awards are based on financial need, available funding, and student commitment. This is not a government-funded program scholarships are made possible solely through generous donations from individuals, community partners, and supporters who believe in our mission.
How to Apply
Step 1: Complete the Application​
Step 2: Provide Supporting Info: Applicants may be asked to verify income or share details about their situation. This ensures fairness and helps us stretch every donation to support as many students as possible.
Step 3: Await Notification: Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Awards are not guaranteed and depend on available funding.

Please note: Submitting an application does not guarantee that your child’s fees will be fully or partially covered.

We ask that all scholarship recipients and their families:

Be patient and understanding. ICE Studios is not responsible if we are unable to fund or continue funding your child’s tuition due to lack of donations and funds.

Help Us Support 15 Young Dancers This Season
For more than 16 years, ICE Studios School of Dance has provided a safe, uplifting, and creative home for youth in Kansas City. Our mission is simple: make dance accessible for every child, regardless of financial barriers.
This year, we received 15 requests from families needing assistance so their children can continue dancing, learning, and building confidence. With your help, we can open the door for every one of them.

✨ $54/month — Sponsor a dancer’s class fees
✨ $85 — Provide a costume for a student
✨ $172 — Fund one competition entry fee
✨ $100/month — Sponsor a Competition Team dancer
✨ $325 — Cover class fees through April
